There is plenty to see and to do nearby the Landhoeve. There is a lot of fish- and swimwater and in the village you can find a swimming pool and a playground. The nineteen windmills of Kinderdijk are definitely worth visiting. The windmills have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997. Nearby you can find the historical city of Dordrecht, it is nice to visit Dodrecht with the waterbus.
